At only a few metres from Val d'Or, the "Caveau divin Mercurey" shouldn't be missed. There, you can taste 64 wines from the "Mercurey" appellation, from 44 estates & producers present in the town.
In order to be able to offer the widest palette of flavours to wine-lovers, the Caveau Divin is equipped with the Enomatic system, which distributes wine "by the glass." This system prevents oxidation of the wine by storing the bottles in neutral gas for tasting under the best conditions.
And to top it all off, you can buy all the wines at the same price as offered by the producers.

In July and August: Open every day except Monday for lunch, Tuesday for lunch and Sunday for dinner.

In partnership with the Caveau Divin, a tasting is provided to all hotel guests free of charge so you can discover the wines of Mercurey.

Mercurey, a wine village
Mercurey is a charming wine village nestled in a valley sheltered from the winds ... a valley nicknamed the "Val d'Or" ... between the prestigious Côte d'Or to the north and the Beaujolais to the south.
For more than 2000 years, the vine has been cultivated in the commune, and today Mercurey has become one of the wine-growing regions of Burgundy. The Restaurant

We invite you to come and taste our cooking in the Hotel's main dining room, which looks over the terrace and the garden. With visible beams, Burgundy stone flooring, and a large fireplace, we strive to preserve the authenticity of the location, all while emphasizing a resolutely more modern style and atmosphere.

Whether for lunch or dinner, we offer traditional local cooking inspired by Burgundy, such as escargot with parsley butter, poached egg in red wine sauce, and Burgundy-style beef cheek. Our food offering is accompanied by a wine menu, which includes all of the delicious appellations that make our region famous.

Open every day except Tuesday for lunch, Wednesday all day long and Sunday for dinner.
